The Lollicake Queen, a Sarasota-based company owned by sisters Erin Zolner and Amy Nichols, has opened the doors to its Southside Village sweet shop. Erin has been making her signature “lollicakes” for her friends and their special occasions for several months. The calls and requests were coming in at such a high volume, she realized there was a real local demand for the delicious sticked cake bites.
“It is a dream come true for me to have a storefront in Sarasota,” says Erin. “We are so excited to open the doors of our Southside Village location and be able to showcase our unique treats! We have so many surprises planned!”
