Founded ten years ago by dancer and fitness guru Carrie Rezabek, Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts the seat, tones the thighs and burns fat in record-breaking time. The techinque does not involve high impact movements such as bouncing or jumping, keeping the joints protected.
